Global Settings

The Global Settings section are where you can adjust default plugin settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page for a detailed explanation of each option.

  1. View Plugin Permission

    Choose what level users can view and edit the plugin. Options are "Admin", "Admin & Editor", and "Admin, Editor & Author"

  2. Include RevSlider libraries globally

    ON - Load CSS and JS Files site-wide.
    Off - CSS and JS Files will be only loaded on Pages that include the slider as a shortcode.

  3. Pages to include RevSlider libraries

    If #2 above is set to off, you can also list a set of specific pages that should load the CSS and JS files.
    Example: page ID's "2,3,5" - or "homepage,3,4"

  4. Insert JavaScript Into Footer

    Often resolves conflicts that can sometimes occur depending on the site's combination of plugins/theme.

  5. Defer JavaScript Loading

    JavaScript files will be loaded asynchronously to maximize page loading speed. Also helps to resolve certain plugin/theme conflicts.

  6. Load all JavaScript libraries

    All extension scripts will be loaded. Useful for when your site is setup with a CDN.

  7. Enable Markup Export option

    Build your sliders in a WordPress environment, and then export your sliders for usage in a non-WordPress website.

  8. Font Loading URL

    Overrides the Google Font's default url loaded. Useful for parts fo the workd where Google is blocked.

  9. Advanced Responsive Grid Sizes

    Define the default Grid Sizes for devices for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile

  10. Slide Stage Collapse

    Auto-close the default WP menu on the left side of the screen inside the Slide Editor.

  11. Enable Notifications

    Enable/Disable ThemePunch Notifications in the Admin Notice bar.

  12. Enable Logs

    Enable console logs for debugging.

  13. Enable Missing Activation Area

    Enable the "Purchase Code Registration" section in cases where the currently installed theme has disabled this section.

  14. Enable Blank Page Creation for Slider Packages

    Useful for Slider Pack templates where the entire page is composed with Slider Revolution, and no other content from the installed theme is needed. The page will be created as a draft and can be found where your other "Pages" are listed in your WP Admin.

  15. Enable Blank Page Creation for Single Sliders

    Useful for Fullscreen Sliders where the page is meant to be composed with Slider Revolution content only, and no other content from the installed theme is needed. The page will be created as a draft and can be found where your other "Pages" are listed in your WP Admin.

  16. Run Slider Revolution database creation

    Useful for fixing issues where database errors may have occured.
