Troubleshooting Tips for Downloading Slider Templates

The following tips often addresses issues with downloading slider templates from the Slider Template Library


1. No data could be retrieved from the servers

If you encountered an error message shown below while accessing the Slider Template Library, click on the “Update Library” button in the top right corner to refresh the Slider Template Library. If that doesn’t work, check out the Requirements & Recommendations of the plugin and make sure all of them are met.

2. Ajax Error

An Ajax Error usually relates to insufficient server resources. Contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP values such as Memory Limit, Max Execution Time, Upload Max Filesize and Post Max Size or try the method from this article.

3. Stopped at Now Installing

Sometimes you might notice a red cross on the top right corner shown below when you are downloading a slider template and then the installation stops responding. To fix this, try deactivating and activating the purchase code and see if it resolves this issue.

Another fix you could try would be to navigate to the plugin Global Settings and “Run Slider Revolution database creation”
