Add a “Previous Post” and “Next Post” Slider for your Blog Pages

Add a post-based slider to the bottom of your blog pages for the prev/next posts.

1. Setup your Post-based Sliders

First, decide if you want to have two sliders, side-by-side, each representing the next and previous post, or if you’d like to have a single slider that contains 2 slides.

Next, create your post-based slider(s), and choose “Specific Posts” as the content source, and then just leave the “Specific Post List” field empty.

2. Add one of the following code examples to the bottom of your theme's "single.php" file.

Example One: Two Sliders, one for the previous post, and one for the next post.
Modify the "ID" numbers in the code below with your slider's ID, and then add the code snippet to your theme's "functions.php" file.

Next, add the sliders to the bottom of your theme's "single.php" file, using the plugin's putRevSlider method, and then adjusting the alias names for each slider.

Example Two: A single Slider that contains 2 slides, one for the previous post and one for the next post.
Modify the "ID" numbers in the code below with your slider's ID, and then add the code snippet to your theme's "functions.php" file.

Next, add the sliders to the bottom of your theme's "single.php" file, using the plugin's putRevSlider method, and then adjusting the alias names for each slider.
